NOTICE
ADOPTION OF PARTIAL VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Lone Rock will consider the adoption of a partial revised code of ordinances entitled, “Village of Lone Rock Code of Ordinances” at the Village Board meeting to be held on September 12, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Hall.
This partial code pertains to the following topics:
Title 1: General Provisions
Title 2: Government and Administration
Title 3: Finance and Public Records
Title 4: Administrative Review Procedures
Title 5: Public Safety
Title 6: Public Works
Title 7: Licensing and Regulation
Title 8: Health and Sanitation
Title 9: Public Utilities
Title 10: Motor Vehicles and Traffic
Title 11: Offenses and Nuisances
Title 12: Parks and Navigable Waters
You are further notified that a copy of said proposed partial new code will be on file and open for public inspection in the Office of the Village Clerk for a period of two weeks commencing August 28, 2023, in accordance with Wis. Stat. sec. 66.0103. The Village Clerk can be contacted as follows:
