This historic building has seen local events and meetings in our Village for over 100 years. Full-building rental cost is $200.

1) The Upstairs Room provides a large space with windows on both sides, controlled air and heat, ceiling fans and is also equipped with folding tables and chairs. It includes a stage area perfect for live performances with stage doors on both sides. The Downstairs Room is automatically included with the Upstairs Room rental.

2) The Downstairs Room includes restrooms, a large closet, and a kitchen area with a refrigerator, sink and stove. There is no kitchenware or rags/towels available and must be provided by the renter.
